Hello, friends, you know nowadays competition is too high on YouTube and an everyday lot of new you-tubers are joining YouTube. My visitors and subscribers asking me How to Get More Views on YouTube? and How to Increase YouTube Subscribers?Every YouTubers want more views and subscribers but most of the YouTubers failed to get more views on YouTube or failed to increase YouTube Subscribers. The reason is most of the failed YouTubers only worried and running behind the views and subscribers. They think some magic will happen and after uploading the video on YouTube, the video will go viral. Here I’ll share Some Tips That will help You to Increase Your Youtube Subscribers Fast.
1. Focus on Your First 10 Seconds
Let’s face it, if you’ve made it this far into the article, you’re part of the minority. According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information, 49% of people read 111 words or less on web pages. And for video content, making an immediate impact is just as critical.
Making an impression within the first few seconds of your video is essential. Businesses testing their content for advertising need to focus on getting to the point even more. While many pre-roll ads are moving toward making users watch the whole ad before viewing the content, there are still plenty of ads with five-second minimum view times.
This means users can skip ads after five seconds, but if you immediately capture their attention, you have a better chance of getting a user to complete the ad. Completing an ad is essential for your business. According to Insivia, 95% of users retain the message of a video more so than the 10% who read the message through text.
Catch users’ attention with a stat or something to make them smile–anything to keep them watching.
2. Use Custom Thumbnails for Videos
If you want users to take you seriously on YouTube, put some effort into the quality of your content and page. One way to make your channel look great is by adding custom thumbnails.
If you don’t use a custom thumbnail, you might end up with poor and unedited shots. This looks even worse when the image snaps you while you’re talking.
A little effort in thumbnail images can make your YouTube channel look trusted and experienced in the industry. Perception is everything when you’re producing video content.
3. Optimize your channel homepage to get more subscribers
Here’s a crazy stat for you…
Mind = blown.
I have 70+ videos, all with CTAs to subscribe to my channel. Yet on average, each video only brings in a handful of subscribers
Even my REALLY popular videos don’t match my channel homepage for new subscribers.
Since 80% of people subscribe from the channel homepage subscribe button, I needed to optimize the channel homepage for effectiveness.
If you’re going to grow to 100,000+ subscribers, you’re going to have to get a lot of people who aren’t familiar with your name yet
I needed to share my experience with people who don’t know my brand. I wanted people to realize “Oh wow, this is a channel for me” right away.
My old header image sucked. Here’s what it looked like:
When people see your channel image, they think two main questions:
- What’s this channel about?
- Is this a channel I’d like?
These two questions don’t just apply to YouTube. It’s the same for TV shows, films, podcasts, products, and businesses.
People can understand a bit more about me, what my channel covers, and why they should subscribe.
Think of your YouTube channel page like a website. Communicate your value proposition clearly.
People only glance at a web page for a half a second before they move to something else. Your YouTube channel is the same.
After you optimize your header image, here are 3 more ways to optimize your YouTube channel homepage:
- Profile image/avatar: Use a real photo of yourself. People identify with other people.
- Channel trailer: Include a trailer between 30 and 60 seconds
- Create playlists: Playlists are displayed right under your channel trailer.
4. Look for Co-Marketing Opportunities
YouTube is a great avenue to co-market your brand with another company. Co-marketing has become a helpful strategy for many businesses trying to increase their audience size and YouTube subscribers count.
For example, Target often collaborates with other brands sold in its store to highlight new products customers might not know about. Its video series “This Just In” talks about one specific brand in each of its videos.
Teaming up with brands that have massive audiences has serious growth perks. However, you can’t just hit up Target and ask for a co-marketing video.
Start smaller with brands specifically in your industry and maybe focus on those just getting into the game. If you build up a few co-marketing videos with other brands, bigger companies will likely be more willing to participate in your video series.
5. About
Share your passion here the “why” for starting your channel and what viewers can expect to gain from your content. A couple of paragraphs is fine.
Also, post your schedule (New videos every Tuesday!)

6. Create epic playlists to get more of your videos seen
Playlists are a hugely important part of YouTube marketing.
The goal of a playlist is to get people to watch multiple videos.
Behind-the-scenes, playlists help with YouTube marketing when it comes to two key YouTube SEO ranking factors:
- Watch time
- Session watch time
7. Watch time
Watch time is the amount of time people spend watching your video. The longer the watch time, the more likely it is to rank well in YouTube searches.
This is basically a quality filter. If people watch more of your video, it must be good, right?
This is how YouTube sees it:
- Someone searches for “future of marketing”
- If my future of marketing video has high watch time, YouTube might feature it higher
- More people see my video = happy Noah
8. Session watch time
Session watch time takes into consideration how your video contributes to a user’s overall viewing session.
YouTube wants people coming back to their platform to watch more content. And once someone is on YouTube, the goal is to get the viewer to consume as much content (and advertising) as possible.
If people engage with your playlists and watch more than one video, this is another HUGE win for YouTube because people are spending more time on the platform.
Playlists are an incredible way to boost both watch time and session watch time.
The key to a successful playlist is writing an EPIC title.
Rather than a playlist called “Starting a business”, give it a great title like you would a blog post, podcast episode.
The goal is to get people clicking into your playlist.
Here are three tips to make incredible playlists:
- The title you use for your playlists is also partially how YouTube defines the videos in the playlist. Keep keywords in mind when adding titles and descriptions to your playlists.
- Don’t make your playlists too long. No one is going to sit and watch 100 videos back-to-back. Aim for between 4-10 videos.
- Check your analytics for playlists. By checking this data you can see the average time spent in playlists and also see the exit rate so you know which video people are abandoning the most. Remove and rearrange playlists based on the data
9. Give a Reason for Users to Come Back
If you want to learn how to get more subscribers, it’s smart to give users a reason to come back. The better case you make for your brand, the more likely you are to see shares, links to your channel and a higher number of subscribers.
One of the best ways to leave a lasting impression is through social media engagement. This means you should try to answer comments or reach out to users who may be asked for this type of content previously.
According to the Sprout Social Q2 2016 Index, brands only reply to 11% of incoming messages on social. On top of that, the average brand receives 957 messages on social needing a response per quarter.
Be friendly, post relevant content and engage with your users to keep your followers coming back.
10. Buying YouTube Subscribers
There is a question about Can We Buy YouTube Subscribers? The quick answer is absolutely yes, it’s entirely legitimate to Buy Real Youtube Subscribers from legitimate sources only that provide real subscribers from reliable marketing channels.
To sum it up – It’s 100% ok to Buy youtube promotion services such as views and subscribers, but you must make your own due diligence and find reliable providers to work with that comply youtube strict promotions rules.
